Manufacturing Processes
 

Convermex  manufacturing processes follow highest  production standards from raw material to finished goods. In Convermex recycles 95% of the waste manufacturing material,  optimizing leftover levels and reducing pollution. all our processes are conducted in accordance with SSA (Secretaria de Salud) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration).

In Convermex we care and are responsible for the environment. Our EPS products have more than 95% air, do not use bleach and water saving in all our manufacturing processes up to 6 times vs. traditional manufacturing paper cups or containers.

Features of EPS products

- Printed products (EPS and Thermoformed) The inks used by Convermex are in food grade  and complies  with FDA. regulations The inks solvents used  are water and alcohol based. The printing process does not degrade the integrity of our products and  is safe the relation betwen food, beverage and consumer.

- Our products are free from CFC's (Chloro-Fluoro-Carbons): Does not damage the ozone layer. do not released harmful substances to the air, water or soil. They are 100% recyclable and  can be used to make other plastic products.

- Convermex  uses 100% virgin resin  to assures a quality and hygienic product from the very beginning of the manufacturing process.
